We will deliver, free of charge, within the Hospital.

It is fun gift for the recipient. They can come to the Gift Shoppe and make a personal selection. This is also a great idea for honoring Hospital staff.
A specific balloon design may not be available but we will substitute in the same theme area, i.e. Get Well.

Gift Shoppe Policies and Information
Payment:
- We accept MasterCard and VISA only. All online and phone sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.
- For items other than apparel - Each package as shown is not the exact item(s) that will be delivered to the patient. The pictures represent generally what will be in each package. For example, a stuffed dog might be substituted for a stuffed bear at the same price.
- The floral arrangements shown are a general idea for each package and will differ also due to seasonal changes.
Processing of Orders:
- If a patient is in surgery and has not been assigned a room, we will deliver the gift at the earliest opportunity after a room assignment has been made.
- If a patient has been discharged before we processed the order, you will be notified either by email or phone.
- If we are unable to locate the patient you will be notified either by phone or email.
Delivery Information:
- Deliveries are made within the Hospital only.
There is no service charge for deliveries.
- Our delivery hours are 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for online orders.
- Orders received after 3:00 p.m. will be delivered the next business weekday.
- Gifts ordered online on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be delivered the next business weekday.
- We are closed on all major holidays.
