Each package as shown is not the exact item(s) that will be delivered to the patient. The pictures represent generally what will be in each package. For example, a stuffed dog might be substituted for a stuffed bear at the same price.
The floral arrangements shown are a general idea for each package and will differ also due to seasonal changes.
Processing of Orders?
If a patient is in surgery and has not been assigned a room, we will deliver the gift at the earliest opportunity after a room assignment has been made.
If a patient has been discharged before we processed the order, you will be notified either by email or phone.
If we are unable to locate the patient you will be notified either by phone or email.
Deliveries are made within the Hospital only.
There is no service charge for deliveries.
Our delivery hours are 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for online orders.
Orders received after 3:00 p.m. will be delivered the next business weekday.
Gifts ordered online on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be delivered the next business weekday.
We are closed on all major holidays.

Fresh, beautiful arrangements can be ordered for patients, family members and hospital staff. We will deliver, free of charge, within the Hospital.
It is fun gift for the recipient. They can come to the Gift Shop and make a personal selection. This is also a great idea for honoring Hospital staff.
A specific balloon design may not be available but we will substitute in the same theme area, i.e. Get Well.
